Real Estate is an occupation to which I have totally dedicated my professional life. In addition to being a trained negotiator, I'm also a Graduate Realtor Institute, (GRI), an Accredited Buyer Representative, (ABR), a certified Seller Representative Specialist, (SRS), and a GREEN designated agent. All are important additional ratings that significantly benefit my clients; but they're held by fewer than 10% of agents nationwide! In addition, I'm the real estate editor for NEWORLEANS.COM, and I write a monthly newsletter, Real Estate News You Can Use, that is sent to hundreds of recipients.  I truly love real estate and I'm constantly taking advanced training courses in order to improve my service to you, my valued clients. All of this additional training and extra effort adds up to a discernible performance advantage.

My track record of success with buyers and sellers is excellent, and my clients are all very happy with my work because I go the extra mile. For example: A complicated listing on State St., for an out of the country seller, involved a home that needed a significant amount of staging help. I supervised all of the work, handled all of the international transactions, got it done in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable cost…and then sold the house in record time. There are many other examples of extra effort made on behalf of my valued clients that have made a real difference.
